So, I’m considering getting my first tattoo. It’ll be the aztec symbol for motion (ollin), and I’m fluctuating between two variations, sans backgrounds (leaning towards the first):

I was considering getting it behind my ear (I know that it depends on the person as to how much pain is there) but, my question is, where else could I put it that it would be pretty discreet, look good through the years, and be somewhere where I could see it without having to crane my neck ’round a mirror?

Oh yeah, and could anyone help me with knowing how much time in the chair I can expect? I’ll probably opt for something an inch lengthwise.
