Hey Guys

Just looking at getting my first tattoo and and was wondering if there were any general rules to go by in certain designs for certain areas.

My friend advised that I don’t put a symetrical tattoo on my arm, is this a common thought?

I will be having this tattoo done (or very similar) and if it doesn’t work for the arm I will put on my upper back but would prefer on the arm.

Any advice appreciated

Cheers

I never really thought about symmetry on the arm, but that does make sense considering your arm isn’t symmetric. I think that design would look good on your arm depending on where you put it. If it were me it would have to go on my bicep.

Hi

To get the detail in would have to be bicep for an arm otherwise unless you got brawny arms will be cramped on the forearm.

I would advise leaving the back free as ink is addictive and you may never know when you want a backpiece.

Otherwise it will make a nice chest panel.

As flash goes it is a nice piece.

Ok as a personal opinion here…..

There are thousands of tiger pics on the net. My advice is take a few facial pics of tigers that impress you and get an artist to draw it up with whatever extra designs you like tribal wise etc.

Make that ink your own 😉

Take Care
