I got a foot tattoo of a flower and tribal in 2003. Now, I feel it is too dark and I want to change it. I would like to get it covered or have it incorporated with another design. Such as a frog, another flower, or something else. If that won’t work, is it possible to even lighten it? I turn 30 next Friday and was wanting to update it (and get a ‘V’ for Vegan somewhere) for my birthday. I’ve uploaded a pic of my current tattoo. I would love any ideas or advice! Thanks!! =D

You probably should have given it more thought when you got it in 2003.

I say, you just cover it up with a more thought-out idea now.

in the uk you will need about a 100 pounds + to cover it with something decent.
i know foot tattoos are said to fade a lot but if you cover that tattoo up take better care of it than the 1st one :rolleyes:

I’d go for the cover-up too, you can get the same design if you wanted just a lot bigger.

Thanks for the ideas and suggestions. =) I will try to go to a tattoo shop this weekend and get an idea of what they can do with it. I wanted to have it done next Friday when I get my new tattoo.
