    Very nice either place, I see your indecision. The lower one is sassier and more provocative. Over the shoulders are more formal. Also consider whether you wear more casual than dressy clothes for the times you don’t want to display your art.

    i think its cute on the hip but thats going to be more painful, dont know if you care about that or not. and it was also be more likely to strech there.

    On the shoulder some guys call them on the lower back tramp stamps, I didn’t say it I’ve just heard them called that.

    I have a tat on my hip, and one on my shoulder– the hip was far less painful!

    It looks good on the shoulder but it would also look good on the lower back off to one side or on the foot.
