Depending on how severe your stretch marks are, a good artist with a good design should be able to make it work. Go talk to some tattoo artists specifically about your stretch marks (be prepared to show them) and about the type of design you’re looking for. An experienced artist should be able to make it work, so long as you’re willing to be a little flexible with your design.
