Hello everyone, I got my 4th tattoo on my inner forearm 3 weeks ago and I’m worried. I don’t understand if this is a bruise or a blowout. It doesn’t seem to be getting better, It doesn’t hurts (only a little bit when I press my finger on the side of my elbow). Should I call the tattoo artist or wait? Thanks in advance!
