Hello everyone, this is my first post here and I just have one question: can anybody explain why I am getting what look like stretch marks that follow the lines of my tattoos?

I finished my sleeve about a year ago and in that time have remained in the same physical shape. I have never had an issue with stretch marks before but I recently nocticed that I seem to have some that strictly follow these lines. I can’t find an answer anywhere and it’s starting to make me worry that my sleeve may end up being ruined. Has anybody experienced random marks like these before?
