Just received the ankle tattoo on Thursday (the 19th) of my sons’ initials. I always do well during the tattoo but get anxious regarding the healing process! Everything seems fine not too much pain, no peeling or scabbing yet. My concern is the red area around the right curve of the heart. It also feels a little raised when I wash so I’m wondering if this is the start of a scab forming by the shading. Does this look like normal healing or infection. Almost looks like some ink is fading through to the squiggles I side the heart too. I’m a worry wort so any reassurance/advice would be appreciated!
