Hey everyone

So I had my sixth tattoo 6 days ago. My others are pretty small and had no real problems except one of the lines blew out a few mm on my rose tattoo

This new one looked fine when finished in studio I wasn’t really happy with how thick the outline was but he didn’t ask and I didn’t specify ..

Anyway a few days later it seems to have blown out in a few places .. and the skin has already peeled and the colour underneath is patchy and looks sloppy. It is supposed to be dotwork shading

How bad does it look?

I have mental health problems and have been known overreact. I’ve been in tears over this though.

If it does look bad how can it be fixed?  Artist said go back when fully healed and he will sharpen the lines. But I don’t want an even thicker outline!! I don’t want to go back to the same artist either.

Do I demand a refund ?

Please advise would be massively appreciated. Thanks xx

You can’t truly see how the tattoo will look for another couple of months. I recommend taking a chill pill until then.

As for getting a refund, how will that make a difference? It’s not like you can take that tattoo back to the store and return it. Also, you didn’t specify that you wanted the outline super thin, and I doubt that he could even have made it any thinner.

You’re right though. Find a better tattooist for your next one.
