three days ago (I’m on the 4th day now) I got a pretty large, detailed and colorful tattoo on my ribs. I have two other smaller tattoos where the healing was practically nothing so I am unsure what is normal and what is not. It hurts to lift my arm and feels extremely tight, I still have a fair amount of pain when I touch it. Most things I read say three days the pain should be diminished a lot, but like I said my tattoo is large….does that sound normal and if so how long can the pain last? I don’t mind the pain so much I just want to make sure it’s healing properly. Also, I am using lubriderm a few times a day and when I apply the lubriderm it stings….is that ok or should I find a new Lotion?
