I Have always wanted to be a piercer as long as I can remember and I have been visiting this shop to get piercings and have asked alot and I have someone who wants to speak to me in person about it it’s a bit far away but I am gonna go and visit.

If I can’t get an apprenticeship would a level one piercing course be a good start to learn the health and safety the equipment and gain knowledge you get a letter of recommendation from the studio a health and safety certificate a portfolio etc and it’s all recognised by the local council (according to there website) is this all just a con or would it be a start towards getting an apprenticeship. I know this is a shit hot shop better than any that are local to me. Would the council tell me it’s recognised by them if I contacted them?

If it’s not worth it I will continue my search. Any tips an advise would be greatly and most deeply appreciated it’s the one goal I have in Life I have been trying for and never given up on.
