I developed a affordable tattoo remover. I had more people coming into my shop for cover ups and wanting tats removed than people wanting tats. What are your thots on Intense Pulsed light tattoo removal? It is the new technology for removing tats. Less painful and quicker healing time. My device is only $40 on ebay.
