I have no tattoos, but I now want my first one.
I live in Windsor, Ontario and I am hoping someone maybe able to help me out.
I want to get a portrait of my parent that have died. I would like to get it on my forearm.
I am hoping someone here may know a great artist in my area that I can go to.
