Hello there, my name is Richard LeMay. I’m the owner / operator of Madd Hatter Tattoos in Parkersburg wv, and i’m a massive insomniac looking form somewhere constructive to spend my waisted time. Been Tattooing professionally for about eleven years now. Most of that time was spent working for a comany that builds new studios. I was the head artist and in charge of personel, apprenticeship tranning, and opertating up to four studios at any one given time. While i hold the traditional beliefs about artiststic ability, i am mosly concerned woth the medical aspect of tattooing and improving our anti- crosscontamination procedures and more medically sound aftercare.
