Full Sleeve - Tattoo Forum

I just completed this full sleeve this winter. I got off to a bit of a bumpy start on the forum when I discussed one of the details of the sleeve…not as well designed as I would have hoped 🙁 but that’s in another thread now…;)

I thought I’d post a few pix of the complete piece to see if I could get a bit more feedback on the sense of the piece as a whole.

The sleeve is a tribute piece.

The script is a phrase a Japanese friend wrote for me. It can be interpreted a few different ways depending on the context but for me it is a reminder to be kind to others.

It’s a tribute to my Mom.

And, yes, sometimes I get grumpy and lose sight of the many ‘kindnesses’ I’ve recieved from others.
