Not a very well done pic of the skull, but it looks to be well shaded.

A word of advice: Learn how to properly take tattoo pictures. Practice so that you can shoot perfect pics of your perfect tats. Flash + cream/plasma/clingfilm = shite. Good tattoo pictures sell you as an artist. Crap pictures sell crap 🙂
