First off I would like to say I am sorry that I have hardly posted but this is an awesome story and tattoo.

Well I am on detachmet in Nevada with the Navy. While here they gave me a week off so I decided to go visit family I haven’t seen in 5 years in San Francisco. I am walking donw Haight St. wanting to get a tat. Keep in mind I have about 13 some of which have turned into a half sleeve. Well I call my wife and convince her. She told me I could only go to Mom’s Body Shop since she got a couple peircings there and said they were good.

So I walk in talking to the guy at the front desk. He was like Who do youwant to get a tat from and started rambling off the artists names. One of them caught my attention. He said Shotsie. I asked if it the Shotsie as in Shotsie Gorman. He said yes and since he just moved to this area no one knows he is there so his book is wide open.

I was freaking out thinking I would never have the chance to get something from not just “A Legend”, but “The Legend”. I knew he had moved from Jersey to Arizon but had no clue he moved again to Cali.

Well since his speciallty is Realism I decided to get an F-14 in that style.

By the way he was the nicest guy I have ever met.
