I’m having a beckoning cat on each foot tattooed by this woman later this year. I think her tattoos are just fantastic. If you’re into bright, colorful and pretty wacky tattoos then you’ll be very interested in her work.

Her name is Rachel Baldwin and she works at Modern Body Art in Birmingham, England (the other artists who work there do various different styles so I’d suggest people who aren’t into Rachel Baldwin’s work should look around the site for the other types of tattoo styles). A lot of people have described Modern Body Art as being one of the top tattoo stores in Britain.
