Hey guys! – Great forum!

Quick question – Iam getting a chest tattoo on Sunday (today is Saturday) – I got waxed on Wed night but it is still abit red and bumpy….will they still be able to tattoo? I have been putting alot of Aloe Vera on it to try and get the redness down and keeping my shirt off etc to let the air in.

Thanks! – Abit worried because I have been waiting for this tattoo for awhile now!

You should be fine for the tattoo but the steroids are going to kill you.

it does depend on where you live, here we aren’t allowed to tattoo bumpy red irritated areas, even a pimple will put an end to your day. Laws say i must turn you away.

Here’s a stupid question: Why on earth did you get waxed so shortly before the tattoo session? As far as I’ve read, most artists don’t like that much.
