My sister’s gotten four tattoos already and just got her fifth. On all the others she healed pretty well. The second was a pretty heavy handed tattoo artist and most of the tattoo ended up being scar tissue. The artist who did her most recent tattoo knew of this because he redid her second tattoo for her.

Now he’s done one on her leg and it’s looking -terrible- a few days later. Looks nothing like any of her other tattoos have ever looked while healing up. It’s on her leg, a little above her ankle, and is giving her a lot of trouble. She can’t put much pressure on it and is walking funny. The lines around it have blurred and there is a ring around the tattoo. We’re unsure as to whether or not it’s bruising or if the tattoo is a ‘blowout’ that the tattoo artist said it wasn’t after looking at it.

We, however, think he’s saying that just to get his money and my sister is waiting to see how it heals up a little more before paying him since everywhere else we’ve gone we were seen that artists don’t charge for tattoos if they blow out.

Anyone have any insight for us? <3

She’s going to be quite pleased that you knew what it was. xDD She doesn’t think many people will know.
