Hi, I would like to share my experience with everybody; I think you may find this interesting:
I used to be friends with a black South African dude (he calls himself Elvis) some years ago. Elvis was a cook at a steak ranch restaurant and I was waitering at the same restaurant, so we got to hang out every now and then. At some point I decided that it would be cool to get a tattoo, however I was not interested in paying for it. This is when Elvis worked his magic that he picked up in prison before I became friends with him: you take 2 needles, wrap them on a matchstick with tape, take the inside o-ring of a cooking oil canister, burn that and let it drip on the area where the tattoo is going; then quickly use your needles to get the liquid rubber in your skin.
My take on this method: a free and painful way to get a scar.
