I finally left my husband 6 weeks ago, we’d been together almost 5 years & we have 3 children together and he’d been very violent & abusive for the last 3 years but the night he put his hands on our 2 1/2 year old is when I decided it was over…I really want to get something (across my knuckles) that symbolizes my new life as a survivor of abuse & the first thing that has come to my mind is “live free” but I haven’t decided if that’s what I really want. Just wondering if anyone else can think of something along the same line?
