Guam or Singapore. I getting my first tattoo soon in one of these two places. I have a design almost ready. Not sure which place i would find more skilled artist so i am asking you. Once i leave Guam in a month i won’t be coming back and Singapore is the next stop. Anyway given the areas where would you rather go for a tattoo.
The tattoo is somewhat complicated. basically a sparrow over a nautical star. It will be in mostly black ink with some celtic designs and i’m hopping for a islander twist to the style.
in my opinion i woud do it in singapore. Its a more modern country thats embracing tattoo culture. google the singapore tattoo convention and you will find some amazing pics. im sure your more likely to find a quality tattooer their than in Guam. Good luck with your ink and keep us posted.
