I’m in bit of a predicament with the face that last studio I was working at I got a fairly large peice started in my leg (lining and shading).
The problem is I left and moved away so it’s not exactly easy for me to go back there and get it finished off. I’m contemplating finishing it off myself. But now I’m worried if I should happen to bump into the artist at a convention, etc it’d cause a problem.
for me personally I wouldn’t be that bothered if someone had my work finished off elsewhere if there was a genuine reason why they didn’t come to me.
what d’ya think?

Contact the artist first. Ask if you’re going to be at the same convention sometime soon, stuff like that. And just tell him that you want to finish the work, but that it’s hard for you to come back. If you talk to him about it first, I’m sure he’ll be fine about it if you can’t figure something out 🙂
