I will be honest unless you have huge arms that tattoo is going to looked cramped and you end up losing detail which will not do the tattoo justice.

I would suggest for something the complex to go big on a chest plate and that way you can fit the detail that is required as the wings would need expanding.

Otherwise my suggestion is to simplify the design a little by maybe removing the top or making the wings a little less complicated.

Alternatively you can fit it on an arm if you are willing to have it wrap around.

As a tribal it is quite a unique piece.
