Hey everybody. I was wondering if someone could let me know practical it would be to use this design for a tattoo; http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/9167/ammonitewire.jpg

I was worried the amount of quite fine lines would be a problem, that they may be blurry and lose definition.

Any advice would be appreciated and please move this thread if it’s in the wrong place.

Thanks.

it would have to be a large back piece and still i think it could end up a blur .
you could have a more natural looking one

Hey Butterfly Kisses. I guess like most tattoos it would blur over time but do you think it would be blurry immediately?

I was thinking of having it on the front of the shoulder / chest area. It would only be one of the shells too, not both like in the picture.

Thanks for you reply.

Hi

Sorry to say but with that amount of fine lines on a chest piece it would become quite blurred within 10 years.
You would need to make it very big or with less lines to stop this from happening.

Replace some of the fine lines with shading and you will have a very sweet looking tattoo.

Take Care
Matthew
