Hey, I’ve tried looking for this tattoo and I can only find a picture, I need the design to get it done. Does anyone know where I can get it from?

    Thank you for your time.

Most Good tattoo shops have tribal flash

A good artist can fit tribal designs to fit your particular body shape and size

Do you have an artist and shop in mind?

Does that mean this tattoo might not look good on me? My physic is normal but I plan on improving it, this wouldn’t effect it would it? No, I don’t have any particular shop or anything in mind. I was just trying to find the right tattoo for me first.

    Hi Bear

First of all that is a photoshop job not a real tattoo. It is nicely done but that is not real ink and is basically just used as eye-candy on a lot of websites.
If you want a serious piece of tribal like that you need to be measured up properly so that it flows to your body, as you get older your body may change shape.

Me I just got fatter ๐Ÿ˜€
If you are keen on getting that done a pro artist can easily copy the shape from the picture.
If you need anymore help let us know.

    Hey,

Thanks for your time and help, I have a few questions and if you wouldn’t mind answering, I’d really appreciate it.

    1. Good or bad idea to have this done, as you said my body will change in time?

    2. How much do you think this would cost?

    3. If I show you a picture of my physic, would you be able to tell me if it would suit. If it wouldn’t would you be able to give me an example of one that would?

P.S. I was told it was Celt, is that right?

    Regards
    Bear

    Hi Bear

Q1. Good or bad idea is for you to decide – you want my personal opinion try to avoid stomach tattoos that are large. You can easily gain/lose weight on the stomach and the upper body and arms tend to stay the same and you can have a nice flowing piece on the upper part of your arms and chest.

That said opinions are like arseholes everybody has one and you don’t have to listen to mine.

Q2. Cost depends on the size and time to do the more detail the more it will cost. Something that size will take rough guestimate of 10-15 hours at least (if you went for the full size). You would be looking at around at least 1000 sterling ($1300??)

Q3. This type of tattoo will only look as hot in the picture if you have the same physic. In fact if you have muscles like that don’t get tattooed go make your fortune modelling and bringing some love to the world. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Seriously though tribal can be custom fitted to any physique – if you are a broad shouldered you can get a lot of detail in the swirls if less muscular get the lines to wrap around the shape of your body.

I could show you hundreds of different tribal patterns but the main thing is to get something that accentuates what you have without crowding the area. A pro artist will be able to do this.

The pattern is very very loosely Celtic in origin – check out Celtic knotwork on google for some proper images of their work it was a lot more complex.

Most modern tribal patterns are built around the fantasy of the savage warrior and fantasy DnD etc – nothing wrong with it but not as historically accurate as they would have you believe.
