    hi all, first post, this is my first tattoo and i picked a large but simple design and returned to get some grey shading because it look a little flat.

    However it is only recently i have discovered how intricate and dynamic some tattoos can be

    I love my tattoo but i was wondering whether there are some more creative types that can offer their expertise on how i could add to this or make it a more dynamic piece????

    Hi

    First of all love the ink there it is very surreal and unique.
    To be honest I was tonr in 2 ways over it.

    The first was to leave it alone – it is a unique stand alone piece.

    Then teh second immeidate thought was to add some clouds and abstract cranes in flight to it.

    I think this came because the down and centre ink immediately reminded me of a crane drinking.

    I would also b tempted to leave it alone its very original and pretty, or if you wanted maybe some colour to either the inside of the design or to add to the shading, go with chinese colours maybe or a white to realy highlight the shading.?

    cheers for the replies guys, I think I will leave it as it is, I’ll just make my next one more dynamic :p
