Has there been any success with white ink covering over black ink? I have a pretty dark black ink tat from 20 years ago and Id like to cover it up. Most of the artists Ive spoken with say white ink wont cover black and the only option is trying to create negative space and draw attention to other artwork surrounding the dark ink. I dont want a big black blob on my arm so thought I would post here to see what others are or have experienced.
