Hey hows it going i have a full sleeve done around 2 years ago but my forearm part, I rarely covered it because i just wore a tshirt most of the time when i am working outside. I was just wondering if i my original artist would be able to touch it back up to looking like new ?? I am still new to tattoos and feel embarrass to ask my artist and thats why i wanted to get someones feedback on this before. Thanks
