Hi I need some help or advice on a new tattoo I got about 4 weeks 28 February on my forearm just black ink , I think it’s healed up good but I have had a red rush, red spots on most of it like a heat rush I guess is the best way to describe it I have never had this on any of my other tattoos b4 I have used few different creams ect on it but they just will not go any ideas what it could b or what might make it go away cheers
