hi there! So I’ve had a UV ink tattoo for about 10 years now. When I got it I didn’t realize it was UV I just picked it because I liked the shade of pink. The. 2 years later I went to a tanning Salon and the lights from the bed made it glow and that was how I found out lol. Anyways 10 years later now when it gets exposed to the sun it swells, the colour gets a darker pink and it’s sore. Then it will be sore and itchy for days after. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I’ve been in the sun plenty before with no issues. None of my other tattoos do this and I have over 50. Just this one UV ink tatt gets all messed up. 🙁
