Looking for advice and feedback on tattooing over scars. Was looking at getting a designed piece on back of head coming down onto neck mainly to cover a scar on back of head. Scar is around 15 yrs old. Main worry was if ink would take to scar differently, bleeding out or not taking as much as areas around it thus still making scar still noticeable. Have any of you guys done or had scars tattooed over successfully. ? Any  info or advice on this is appreciated.
