So, about a week and a half ago, I got a tattoo on my butt/thigh area. It’s not that small, took probably 2.5 hours to complete. Ever since then, I have noticed that the lymph nodes in my groin on the side that the tattoo is are enlarged and tender. Sometimes it’ll even send a throbbing pain down my leg. I have a few other tattoos, and have never had this reaction. As for the tattoo itself, it is healing as normal. No pus, no redness, no swelling. I also got a cold like the day after I got it, which I assume is from my body being under stress, and having the poor immune system that I do. I don’t have a fever, chills, night sweats, or anything like that.

I’ve done some research about it, and the only thing I can come up with is that I have cancer… lol  I was wondering if any of you have had a reaction to a tattoo similar to this one, and if it will ever go away, or should I consider seeing a doctor about it?
