Hi everyone. I recently got my second tattoo on my ankle on may 1st. It’s been a quite rough healing process since the ankle is a quite painful area. It’s been good up until last night I noticed something strange after washing.

let me start with the basics first: my skin is super sensitive on my legs (especially to shaving) so imagine a tattoo. This is also my first shaded tattoo, so not sure how my skin likes that too much.
this tattoo had a scab like area on the left hand, that wasn’t peeling like the rest of the areas. Until last night when I washed and dried, I noticed the scab looked it was raw and there’s no ink there. I’m wondering- is my tattoo okay? Was I washing maybe a bit too hard? Will I have to get it touched up once it heals? If anyone has had a similar problem, or knows what has happened, please let me know! My first tattoo was such a breeze and my ankle is totally opposite.
