I got a new tattoo about 3 days ago. Almost instantly after getting home I noticed a bunch of ink all around my tattoo, I thought it would just wash off, but it didn’t. I have 15 tattoos, never seen anything like it before. It almost looks like he shaded outside the lines all around it but I watched the whole time, he didn’t. I looked at pictures of blow outs and they don’t look the same. It looks terrible and it’s driving me crazy. What can I do?
