This is the next tattoo I am wanting to get. Because of the detail I want I know it will have to be a pretty large piece, so most likely it will be going on my back. Since it is, I figured i should add more to it. So any ideas?
I was thinking of maybe having this scene as the top 2/3 and adding some kind of underwater scene to the lower 1/3, maybe like pieces of the ship, sea creatures, some people, etc.
First off that is an awesome tattoo idea. I love the motto as well.
For underneath you could have the Davey Jone’s locker opening with a skeletal arm reach out. Treasure chests, sharks, maybe the mast of a sunken ship.
You could go for the mermaids or sea demons depending on what you like in your ink.
Other ideas is to have Poisedon on a throne.
If you want really bright colours get some fish in there.
