    I have seen many computer software programs that will help people learn to draw flash, especially tribal tattoo designs.

    TargetTattoo is right there are many programs out there. But, if you really want to learn how to draw tattoo flash start with tattoo pictures. Get as many tattoo magazines as possable and sight draw, or trace the images and shade them in exactly as the picture shows. This will give you a great idea of how tattoo colors are blended and what colors make different textures. Hope this helps!
