I am looking to get my first tattoo.   It will be a compass with the longitude/latitude coordinates of my hometown and the place I have lived for a while now.   The other part I wanted to incorporate but am stuck is trying to depict somewhere else I could end up….. So it would be where I am from, where I am no and the unknown of whats to come.    I was thinking of starting the longitude / latitude and having it fad out or not be completed or something like that?    What do you think?   Also from Massachusetts and in Florida now so was debating including the state design or something like that as well?

Also, any good suggestions on who I can pay for the design and chnages until it is finalized?   Something to take to the artist when I am finally ready.       It would be just black and another darker color if needed.  not looking for colors.
