I’m in a band, which is mostly describable as rock/punk/metal.

I write the songs, and to test them out, I write them out on a MIDI composer known as “Noteworthy.” It’s cool because lets me know what the song will sound like before it’s even played, but it’s very monotone and hard to write guitar (have to write a new staff for each string on the guitar for a chord), or drums (displayed as regular notes and I have to memorize what is what).

I’m wondering if there’s software out there that is made specifically for composing rock style music for a band. Money is no object here, I desperately need this.
