    windshield damage” I would love to say to the driver, “If you’re not responsible, where the hell did that rock that hit my windshield come from?”

    Those signs are just to scare you and make you stay back farther. If the rock comes off their truck, as opposed to being thrown up by their tire, they are 100% responsible for the damage it causes.

    I can’t answer right now I’m going to have my windshield replaced – damn rock haulers!
