I just finished downloading 8Gb of Christian metal mp3!

I was very surprised at 2 things:
1)Most of it its acctually good, very good!

2)Some of it doesn’t resemble Christian songs (neither the rithim or the lyrics). Now that makes me think: What exactly is the diference between these “Christian metal bands” that i’d never guess are Christian and other secular metal bands?
Does the lyrics matter? I usually don’t understad what they are saying? Does the band beliefs count? If so, well… Tom Araya is Christian

I think the whole thing for born again Christians is very very subjective. For example: I don’t mind listening to Pantera, but i really object listening to Super Joint! Well, both bands should be equally “spiritually acceptable” or not, since Phil Anselmo sings in both (I think he writes too, i dont know)
