I have run into a cave in between towns but there are rocks that block the path, it says a pokemon might be able to remove them but I am unsure how to get a pokemon to move the rocks, any help is appreciated.
p.s. This is my first pokemon game, tis why all the questions.

well what kind of rocks is it? does it say a pokemon can break them that means u need the HM rock smash. if it says that a pokemon can move them u need the HM strength. if u have the hm u have to teach it to a pokemon (caution: if i was u i wouldnt give it to your starting char because hm can not be forgoten)
PS u can trust me i have been a pokemon fan from the very beginning (red, blue, yellow)
PPS i would tell u where to get the hm but i forgot srry.
PPPS if u get stuck again u could go by the guide at wal mart.
