Would it be possible to download music on my jumpdrive and then hook it up to another computer and transfer the music to an mp3 player?? Please help!

Yes, as long as the computer you want to use has 2 USB slots. Put your jump drive with music in one, and your mp3 player in the other, open My Computer, and you will see both of them. Open your jump drive in one window, and your mp3 player in another window and just drag all the files from one to the other (you can do Edit, Select All, Copy on the jump drive, then Edit, Paste on the mp3 player).
