I’m trying to download some music to my Samsung Upstage using Sprint Music Manager.. But a window popped up saying that the product needs to be activated and the activate button isn’t clickable and my phone is already activated! It says if it isn’t clickable, re-connect the phone. I tried that! Several times!What to do?
