    I know that if someone is 7:30 , then they are crazy. Where did the term 7:30 come from? Who used it first? I hear this a lot around Atlanta.

    Also, why are guns called gats? I know its slang, but what does it come from? Who said gats first? Is it from another word that has been urban-a-fied?

    I am not trying to be offensive, I just want to know.

    7:30 means your crazy, that term/phrase came from the slain rapper Big L…he’s from new york, so if you hear it alot in atlanta, thats where they got it from; a new york rapper

    and i dunno who said gats first, but i think it originated from the gattling gun.

    Don’t know about the 7:30 thing but I think gat is short for gattling gun
