I once saw a French comedy film about a boy who goes to stay with his aunt, in a futuristic house. I think his uncle worked at an auto factory.

One memorable scene had people looking out of round windows in the house and moving around in unison like eyes. It was in colour, but I believe it was 1950s.

Unfortunately, my months of searching for the name have been futile.
