does rock lee (my fav character) ever gain more power or even fully win against an opponent, he works harder than any of them but always loses anfter stomping them for a while.. does he ever get more power. cause i know he isnt supposed to be able to use chakra but when he opens the gates you can see his chakra…soooo whats up? i think they should have something giving him more power of the ability to use chakra
