    Unless you can prove that the driver was aware of the possibility of rocks falling off the truck, and was neglectful in stopping it, your pretty much stuck with any damage bill. Proving this can be very hard, as it’s your word against the others and this will most likely pass up the cost of just getting fixed. But if you wish to press forward in doing so, contact your local police.

    If You Didn’t Get The Name Of The Company From Off The Truck You Could Go To Your Local Enforcement Explain The Situation, That You Want To Contact The Owner For Damages.they Can Have The Plates Ran Therefore Getting You The Info.hope This Helps And Good Luck.

    Call your local police department. Then you can call your insurance agent and file a claim. The insurance company will find out the name of the company that owns the truck. Either that or they will pay the claim and write it off.
