I need the heaviest thing i can find like metal (what type) or other stuff.
I need to be able to get it at a local store like home hardwere or something easy to get.

sand. you can buy it in bags, put it in buckets, and make it even more heavy by adding water!

Heavy metal blocks or large boulders are quite heavy. Try a gardening store , they sell boulders.
